When students have a clean environment, they are more comfortable and ready to learn.\r\nThe snacks have made a big difference in helping students stay focused throughout the day. When students aren't distracted by hunger, they are better able to concentrate, participate, and do their best work.\r\nThe document scanner has been especially exciting because it allows me to easily send student work home for families to see. Parents are now more connected to what their children are learning, and students feel proud knowing their work can be shared and celebrated at home.\r\nOverall, these resources are helping create a classroom where students feel supported, cared for, and ready to learn each day.","fullyFundedDate":1760447437066,"projectUrl":"project/4th-and-5th-grade-department/9467174/","projectTitle":"4th and 5th Grade Department","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Young","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-9_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10081336"},{"teacherId":6740183,"projectId":9972067,"letterContent":"Thank you very much for your generous support of our project. Thanks to your contribution, our PreK3 students are exploring the world of science through the study of animal shelters. The new resources, such as magnetic materials, transparent blocks, green sensory sand, Arctic animal figures, playdough, and books, are used daily in learning centers where children actively investigate, build, and experiment.\r\n\r\nOne of the most meaningful moments occurred when students designed and built animal shelters using different materials. During the activity, they compared which materials were stronger and which protected better from \"wind\" and \"rain.\" It was wonderful to observe how they collaborated, asked questions, and explained their ideas about how to keep animals safe in their shelters.\r\n\r\nTheir reaction upon seeing the materials was one of great excitement and curiosity.
