This is a much more professional approach to editing art on the iPad. The students are still learning how to navigate the digital art world, but they have a new appreciation for work they see, like advertisements and other graphic designs.\r\nThe styluses have caused a lot of excitement in the Art Room! They are so much better than using fingers! Students can achieve a level of detail and quality of line that really improves the final outcome of a work of art! This has increased enthusiasm for their digital art. \r\nI can't imagine how we would have kept the styluses charged and organized without our charging station. \r\nSince Art is required in High School, not all students are excited to be in the Art Room. They were thrilled when they realized we were able to purchase two! They eagerly built them and began filling them with books. Although the plan is to donate them to the middle school that is housed within our high school building, they are in my classroom while we hold our book drive. Already, students are asking to borrow books and bringing in books to donate. We cannot wait until we can surprise the middle school with TWO little free libraries to promote reading, good reading habits, and life long literacy. My students are looking forward to maintaining the libraries and adding new books from our donations throughout the year. Thank you so much for your support of this project! It has been amazing to watch my seniors bring their idea to life and now they are able to pass it onto \"their students\" at the middle school.
