The students enjoy the simplicity of the one pager stories and the comprehension work is just enough to engage and challenge them. \r\n\r\nThe non-fiction work cards are a great filler tool that I use for early finishers. Many students have expressed that they enjoy them and have even learned a thing or two that they did not know before. \r\n\r\nThe magazine subscription is going to be put to use next semester as a project that each student will do independently. I have a group of students who are really into Monopoly at the time and they were excited to unwrap a new copy and be the first students to play a game with it.
