It has helped with understanding different patterns when reading. They enjoy the interactive component of using the materials. The word sorts have been separated and organized in order to support each student and their individual reading needs. In special education, each student has individual goals and these materials have provided opportunities for each student to have materials specific to their own reading goals.\r\n\r\n\r\nThe organizational materials help for the academic materials to be easily accessed in order to be used more readily and more often. Each tub has been labeled and organized for the different decoding patterns. Being a resource teacher, my small group times can be limited and being able to efficiently access materials is key to making every learning moment count.
