I've spent quite a bit of time figuring out how to mirror and flip between screens as I walk around. The students are patient, but I do see little smiles when I get stuck and have to run back up to the computer to move to a different screen.\r\n\r\nI carry around the iPad mirroring my computer screen and am able to advance slides, switch tabs, and set it in front of students in the back who can't see the screen well. I notice that the more I am walking around, the better questions students are asking. Instead of \"What are we supposed to be doing?\" I get higher quality questions that ask about trends, patterns, minute details in the assignment.\r\n\r\nI think the students have more buy in when I can set the iPad in front of them and work one on one at their desk. Before, I had to run back up to the front, point at something on the board, try to keep their attention and have no idea if they were writing down the correct thing. Now I know more about the student's progress, and they feel like they got individual attention. \r\n\r\n I am still searching for programs that will let me sketch on the ipad and have it mirrored to the computer screen (which is projected). Once I find a program for that, I'll never have to stay at the front of the classroom again.","fullyFundedDate":1752989220858,"projectUrl":"project/the-magic-mobile-teacher/9270493/","projectTitle":"The Magic Mobile Teacher","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Buirgy","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9223404_orig.jpg?crop=2400,2400,x0,y152&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1745865626612","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9223404"},{"teacherId":8009270,"projectId":9159463,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous contribution to our non-profit organization, in the Roaring Fork School District.
