We have had huge growth in reading this year, and one of our fun projects we did was March Madness! With this project, we created a bracket of the student's favorite books. We read two books each day during our Read Aloud time and took an anonymous vote to choose the winners. And let me tell you!!! I was surprised by some of the outcomes! Ultimately, the \"Who Would Win\" was, without a doubt, the overall winner!!\r\n\r\nThank you so much for making this dream a reality! Our class feels so valued and encouraged by all the new fun we are having with our supplies. When our classroom started receiving boxes with new supplies, it was like Christmas all over again! Our classroom was full of excitement and anticipation to find out what and when we will use our new tools.\r\n\r\nOur class has already benefitted from the supplies you have gifted us with. We have some amazing anchor charts that are now hanging in our classroom that have specifically supported us on math and writing skills! We now are working so hard on writing paragraphs using our hamburger paragraph writing anchor chart. It has also been so nice to quickly shred confidential papers and not have them lying around for little eyes to see. It also created a great learning moment about what paper shredders do and what they are used for! Finally, in our classroom, we believe in a growth mindset and know it is ok to make mistakes and the pencil top erasers have helped us do just this!\r\n\r\nWe are grateful for for all the items we've received! Again, thank you for all your support and being such a generous person and supporting education! My class was absolutely thrilled when we received the boxes. The students' excitement was priceless as we unpacked everything, and these supplies have already made such a positive impact in our classroom.\r\n\r\nThe clipboards have become an everyday essential—not only do they work as whiteboards, but they also give students the flexibility to take their work anywhere for projects outside the classroom. The goggles have been a game-changer for our science experiments, keeping students safe while they dive into hands-on learning.\r\n\r\nThe ant farm has been a huge hit! The students love watching the ants build tunnels, and they've taken great care of the worms each day. We are looking forward to setting up the praying mantis habitat this spring—everyone is so excited! The microscopes have sparked curiosity, and the flashlights have made our \"flashlight reading\" sessions so much fun. The students love turning off the lights, crawling under their desks, and getting lost in their books. The headphones have also been incredibly useful, and the students use them daily.\r\n\r\nYour generosity means the world to us. Thank you for supporting our classroom and giving my students the opportunity to learn in such a fun and engaging way.
