Before installing them, the room felt very much like a bleak and harsh space. Now, with the gentle glow of the various lights, the classroom has a far more tranquil and welcoming atmosphere.\r\n\r\nMy students have especially enjoyed the jellyfish tank—the calm, rhythmic movement has been relaxing for them to watch. The desktop water fountain has also been a wonderful addition. While the soothing sound was a little too subtle for the classroom, it is absolutely perfect in my office. Throughout the day, I have students who come in to visit, work on assignments, or take assessments, and the gentle flow of the water has created a peaceful environment for them.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has allowed me to create a calming, supportive space for my students. I even have students who are not in my classes asking if they can work in the room because of how inviting it feels. Your kindness has truly made a difference in our school community, and I am deeply grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1757683109864,"projectUrl":"project/a-peaceful-place-to-learn-and-grow/9518682/","projectTitle":"A Peaceful Place to Learn and Grow","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Ginsberg","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-5_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10102049"},{"teacherId":9239608,"projectId":8807255,"letterContent":"I wanted to thank you for your donation to my project \"Whiteboards for Math\". I am writing to extend my heartfelt thanks for your thoughtful and generous contributions to my office. The additions you've made have truly transformed the environment, creating a space that not only functions efficiently but also feels more inviting and comfortable for my students.\r\n\r\nThe air purifier has quickly become a highlight in the office. Students have repeatedly commented on how much they love its sleek design and calming ambiance. Its presence has added an unexpected layer of comfort, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages focus and relaxation. Additionally, the subtle background white noise generated by the air purifier seems to have a soothing effect on students, putting them at ease during their visits. It's clear that this thoughtful addition has enhanced the office in ways I couldn't have anticipated, and I am deeply appreciative.\r\n\r\nThe power strips you provided will play an essential role during our upcoming testing sessions later this spring semester. These power strips ensure that students can be spaced appropriately during exams while having access to reliable power for their computers. Knowing that this critical detail is already taken care of allows me to focus on supporting my students academically and emotionally as they prepare for these assessments. Moreover, the convenience and reliability these power strips offer will allow students to concentrate fully on their performance without the added worry of losing power mid-exam.\r\n\r\nYour support has made a meaningful impact, not only on the logistics of running a functional office but also on the overall experience for the students who come here seeking guidance and support. It's these thoughtful touches—providing tools to ensure their comfort and success—that make all the difference in creating an environment where students can thrive.\r\n\r\nOnce again, thank you for your kindness and generosity. Your contributions reflect a deep understanding of the needs of both students and educators, and they serve as a testament to your commitment to fostering a positive academic environment. I am so grateful for the enhancements you've made to my office, and I look forward to putting these resources to good use in the months ahead.","fullyFundedDate":1726288871298,"projectUrl":"project/safe-and-clean-environment/8759457/","projectTitle":"Safe and Clean Environment","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Lewis","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-5_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9741669"},{"teacherId":9740903,"projectId":8756957,"letterContent":"I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for your generous support of my classroom project, Mental Health Matters. The items you funded have made a profound and lasting impact on my students and our school community. \r\n\r\nOne of the highlights has been the weighted sloth, affectionately named Walter by one of my students. Walter has quickly become a beloved member of our school! Students often visit my office just to say hello to him, and his calming presence provides immense comfort during challenging moments. The weighted blanket and fidgets have also been invaluable tools, helping students self-regulate and find emotional balance during their time in my office. \r\n\r\nAs a school counselor, I see the daily struggles many students face, and having resources like these makes a world of difference. These items are not just tools—they are bridges to connection, understanding, and healing for students navigating their emotions. \r\n\r\nYour generosity has truly touched the lives of so many, and I am forever grateful for your belief in this project.
