I received several carts for my culinary classroom, and these carts have been a lifesaver. Now, instead of students carrying armloads of cooking supplies back and forth to their station, they can bring their cart with them and load the cart full of everything they need. This has saved us from needless trips back and forth, and it has also saved us from many spills. \r\n\r\nThe timers have also been a welcome addition. Before, students were using their cell phones as a timer, but students are not allowed to have their cell phones in class this year, so the timers have helped us make sure we're not burning anything in the ovens. \r\n\r\nThe storage containers have also been a huge help. Unfortunately, we have mice in our kitchen, so I have been able to store our food so that the mice can't get into the food. This is helpful for so many reasons. \r\n\r\nThe students love Culinary class, and the new supplies have made learning more efficient so that they have time to do the things they love (eat the food they make)!
