Using these in class has had a significant impact on class engagement for all students. Rather than only one or two students being able to answer questions in class, the entire class has the opportunity to respond at once. This has also allowed students to help support others as we work through rhythm examples, identifying notes, and learning key signatures.\r\n\r\nStudents have loved a new way of interacting with the material being presented in class and are truly excited to show their answers and be recognized for understanding the concept and demonstrating understanding.\r\n\r\nEven the high school students love the new approach to whole-class informal assessment. We were able to utilize the pencils and erasers during our lessons. We will be using the playdough for our fractions lesson and creating pizzas and dividing them into different fractional portions. \r\n\r\nThe cleaning supplies have been especially helpful during flu season in keeping the classroom clean. The markers and crayons have been utilized during class worksheets and the printer paper has been beneficial in creating the worksheets.
