The class set of whiteboards, markers, and erasers has transformed our lessons—especially during math and phonics practice. One memorable moment was during a math lesson when every student eagerly held up their whiteboard to show their thinking, allowing me to give instant feedback and adjust instruction in real time. The desktop document sorter has also helped keep our materials organized and accessible, making transitions smoother and saving valuable instructional time.\r\n\r\nWhen students first saw the materials, their excitement was immediate and genuine. The rug was met with smiles and questions about when we could sit on it, and the whiteboards sparked cheers as students realized they each had their own space to write and draw. Many students couldn't wait to try them out and proudly practiced writing their names or solving problems right away. Their enthusiasm set a positive tone and helped build a sense of ownership and responsibility for our classroom tools.\r\n\r\nThanks to our donors, the next steps for students involve deepening their learning through interactive and collaborative lessons. We will continue using the whiteboards for problem-solving, quick checks for understanding, and small-group instruction, while the rug will remain a key space for community building and shared learning. As we move into upcoming lessons, students will use these resources to practice new skills, reflect on their learning, and grow in confidence.
