I knew that Magna-tiles were popular but did they quickly become the activity of choice. Over the years, I've seen horse paddocks, castles, dentist offices, and rockets built on the floor of my classroom. Best yet were the stories that accompanied the building. What a gift! Most creations took on multiple incantations before they were finalized. There was always great banter and necessary compromise to get the final project.
