They crowded around the habitat, pointing, predicting, and cheering as they noticed every detail. We have been using the new resources to study life cycles, observation skills, and scientific vocabulary. Each day, the students check on the caterpillars, record changes in their journals, and discuss what they see with their classmates. Even students who normally struggle to stay engaged have been excited to participate.\r\n\r\nThis project has given them hands-on learning that makes science feel real and exciting. Our next steps are creating a class life-cycle book using their drawings, labels, and daily observations.
