The headphones provide a quiet environment by blocking out background noise, which helps students stay engaged with their individual tasks. For students who are easily distracted, the option to \"tune out\" classroom sounds has been especially beneficial in improving their focus and allowing them to produce higher-quality work.\r\n\r\nThe large timer has also had a powerful impact on my students' ability to manage their time and remain on task. The large timer has helped me to manage lessons by providing a clear visual of how much time is left and the students are more motivated to use their working time more efficiently. The timer helps create structure, encourages accountability, and reduces anxiety about not knowing how long an activity will last. Together, these tools have fostered a more focused, productive classroom environment where students can build stronger work habits and independence.","fullyFundedDate":1750871462479,"projectUrl":"project/focus-finish-and-flourish/9387641/","projectTitle":"Focus, Finish, and Flourish","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Wran","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp1652678_orig.jpg?crop=2316,2316,x0,y772&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1703898548518","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/1652678"},{"teacherId":1652678,"projectId":9303135,"letterContent":"I want to sincerely thank you for but for providing my students with new materials for both math and art. The addition of expo markers job ticket holders(wipe-off mats),paint and construction paper has made a tremendous impact on their learning and creativity.\r\n\r\nIn math, the markers and wipe off mats have changed the way my students approach problem-solving. They now take more risk, knowing they can easily erase and try again. This has built their confidence and encourage them to engage more actively in lessons. The mats have also made learning more interactive -students love showing their answers compare strategies and collaborating with classmates.\r\n\r\nThe art supplies have brought just as much excitement! With fresh paint and colorful construction papers, students have more opportunities to express themselves creatively. These materials allow them to bring their ideas to life whether through classroom projects, like the new art unit that we are starting, or just simply exploring art for the joy of creating.\r\n\r\nTogether these resources have given my classroom a fun and engaging energy, where students feel confident and creative.","fullyFundedDate":1746455675331,"projectUrl":"project/still-learning-still-growing/9303135/","projectTitle":"Still Learning, Still Growing!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Wran","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp1652678_orig.jpg?crop=2316,2316,x0,y772&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1703898548518","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/1652678"},{"teacherId":1502730,"projectId":8545399,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous contribution to our classroom. The items you donated have made our classroom complete. The personal bins have been my student's favorite. They now have a place to keep all of their personal items as well as school supplies. They have learned to organize their bin each day. Everything is put in their bin in a neat, orderly way.\r\n\r\nThe day the items arrived was a Christmas morning in our classroom. The students were jumping up with joy. As I opened the boxes, I saw smiles all around. I made sure to quickly get everything opened, unwrapped and passed out so we could begin enjoying immediately. I spent my lunch time opening all the games and prepping them so after lunch I could teach my students how to play. By the end of the day, all the students were engaged in board games with big smiles.\r\n\r\nI have worked in 15 minutes daily for my students to play board games with each other. By enhancing their ability to grasp, control, and manipulate objects, we are laying the groundwork for proper pencil grip, hand-eye coordination, and the endurance required for sustained writing.
