Our students have already enjoyed and drank all of the waters, which kept them refreshed and focused throughout the busy school days. \r\n During flu season, every box of tissues was fully used as we worked to keep our classroom as comfortable and healthy as possible. The Lysol wipes have been especially helpful in fighting away bacteria and maintaining a clean learning environment for everyone. I sincerely apologize for the delay in sharing how impactful these items have been, as the days have been full and fast-paced. Please know that your generosity has made a meaningful difference in our classroom, and we are deeply grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1763474798993,"projectUrl":"project/helping-hands-for-special-hearts/9877594/","projectTitle":"Helping Hands for Special Hearts","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Galindo","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-6_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9280310"},{"teacherId":10110900,"projectId":9532143,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous support in providing our classroom with a projector. This technology has made an immediate and meaningful difference in how my students experience daily instruction. Previously, students relied on a single television screen placed in the corner of the room to view notes and presentations. With 30–40 students trying to see one screen, images had to be enlarged so much that important details and connections within diagrams were often lost, especially for students seated farther away.\r\n\r\nWith the new projector, I can now display full diagrams clearly and cohesively for the entire class. Projecting directly onto a whiteboard allows me to annotate in real time as I explain concepts, model problem-solving steps, or give instructions. This has greatly improved students' ability to follow along, see how different parts of a diagram relate to one another, and better understand complex scientific ideas as they are being taught.\r\n\r\nMost exciting of all has been the students' response. Since receiving the projector, I have heard nothing but positive and appreciative comments. Students who previously struggled to see the screen are now more engaged, confident, and focused during lessons. The frustration and discouragement they once expressed has been replaced with enthusiasm and participation. Your generosity has directly improved both access and equity in our classroom, and I am truly grateful for the impact you have made on my students' learning experience.","fullyFundedDate":1763474852364,"projectUrl":"project/see-it-to-learn-it/9532143/","projectTitle":"See It to Learn It","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Edmond-Currie","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-1_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10110900"},{"teacherId":9180771,"projectId":9134027,"letterContent":"I was excited when the new hygiene products and classroom materials arrived. Students appreciate when we are able to help them out when it comes to hygiene. Students do not have to worry about smelling like body odor all day since I am not able to provide them with deodorant. It helps with their confidence and self esteem when body odor is one less thing to worry about. We are always discussing the importance of hygiene and self-care.\r\n\r\nThese materials have made a noticeable difference in our classroom. Students who feel comfortable sharing that they ran out of self care products take the imitative to pull me aside and share their need. My goal is to continue building these relationships with students and keep promoting healthy habits and maintaining a positive classroom culture.","fullyFundedDate":1742823907250,"projectUrl":"project/hygiene-products-for-special-education-s/9134027/","projectTitle":"Hygiene Products For Special Education Students","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Orozco","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9180771_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1762224768821","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9180771"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_96699","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":1741,"numTeachers":65,"percentFrplEligible":76,"percentAsian":1,"percentBlack":1,"percentWhite":15,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":78,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"9 - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"26.8:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"SUBURBAN","ncesMetroType":"SUBURB_SMALL"},"inStateSupporters":75.0,"schoolId":96699,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Mission Oak High School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Mission Oak High School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/california/tulare-joint-union-high-school-district/mission-oak-high-school/96699"}
