My students look forward to silent reading each week and soak up the quiet atmosphere as they read.\r\n\r\nThe lessons these books convey reach the age group in the classroom. The books were carefully selected to meet the same lifestyle and struggles middle schoolers may go through. Those students that struggle to keep up with assignments on top of various difficulties outside of the classroom, now have the comfort of knowing they don't need to stress about forgetting a pencil or highlighter. They know our room will have one for them thanks to those of you that sponsored us!
