It reinforced existing practices and inspired new ideas to incorporate throughout the day. Intentionality to settle into the present moment with mindfulness, breath, and movement has been a pivotal routine for my fourth grader's classroom management and my own stress-reduction. \r\n\r\nA highlight of this training was taking the time each week to study lectures and reading presentations and then discussing them live each week with other professionals in similar situations as myself. Setting aside time each week to focus on wellness immersed me in routine practices that helped build confidence before employing strategies with my students.
