More specifically we learned about the various syllable types, morphology, and the components of a sentence/question or exclamation to help students really understand how to use written language. \r\n\r\nLastly, my OF Fellow Lori shared that z is a zeven (a seven with a tail!) - just another way to help kids really cement the content (along with b is baseball bat before the ball so write the long line first followed by the \"ball\"). These tricky concepts can trip up even the most advanced kids every now and then and her little ditties were super creative, engaging and kid friendly!
