The students love to do hands-on projects. The students create scenes from the book they are reading to promote understanding and presentations and to persuade others to read their book. They also created dioramas from a field trip we took to show what they learned on the field trip and to recreate their favorite part. \r\n\r\nThe students were so excited and were able to use all the new materials to be able to create different scenes with different materials. \r\n\r\nIn the next steps students will be doing a research project on South Africa. The students will be creating posters, dioramas, and pamphlets. I can't wait to see what they will create.
