The new resources have already transformed the way my students learn and interact with the world around them. We've jumped right into using the tools to collect data for our new \"Compost Camp.\" Students are measuring the height of our leaf pile, monitoring temperature changes in both the soil and decomposing leaves, and tracking plant growth across our schoolyard. Having real equipment has allowed them to approach these investigations with a new level of accuracy and pride.\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, my students were over the moon. They LOVED everything. Many of them said it felt like we were \"finally going to be real scientists.\" Even something as simple as putting batteries into the digital scales became an exciting job—they couldn't wait to get started. Their enthusiasm was incredible to witness.\r\nThanks to your contribution, our learning is only just beginning. Next, students will be taking their data-tracking skills all over our campus. We'll be monitoring worm compost bins, measuring the growth of succulents and native plants, observing tree health, and even exploring carbon sequestration in our growing schoolyard ecosystem. These tools will help them build authentic scientific habits of mind that will carry them far beyond the classroom.\r\nWe are so grateful for your kindness and belief in our work.
