Students were a bit apprehensive to begin creating, but are gradually becoming more comfortable utilizing art as a way to express their emotions. We have an ongoing activity where they brainstorm different things they want to create in their lives (see photo). \r\n\r\nRecently I have introduced an activity where students trace both their left hand and right hand and then come up with five things they would like to let go of in their life and five things they want to call into their life. I am exciting to see the wonderful thoughtful pieces they will continue to create as a result of your generosity.
