Although the original request for horseshoes for the physical education class was approved, the items unfortunately became unavailable for ordering. We are grateful that this allowed us to select an alternative that has turned out to be a wonderful addition to the classroom—flexible, comfortable seating for our elementary students.\r\n\r\nThe teacher shared how much she appreciates these chairs because they help students find different reading positions, which has noticeably improved their focus and engagement. The students themselves could not be happier. They overwhelmingly describe the seating as \"super comfy\" and \"super soft,\" and they love that the chairs can be arranged in many different configurations. Having choices in how they sit and learn has made the classroom feel more inviting and responsive to their needs.\r\n\r\nYour support has had a direct and positive impact on our students' daily learning experience. These projects have included using the canvas and acrylic paints, from your donation, to layer and create reindeer with the brush strokes and essence of realism. We learned about mixing paints and applying with pallet brushes. It becomes a full circle of learning about holidays in different countries and then being able to create art that goes along with the traditions and becomes part of ourselves as well.
