You cannot know what a marvelous impact your donation is already making. Your donation of a brand new color printer has opened up a world of possibilities for my students and I. I feel free to make and print all of the supports that make learning easier for my students. In moments where I see my students struggling to make sense of something, I am able to make an idea a reality by printing out supports! One of my favorite supports I have been able to print for my students is their homework folder resources page. My students now have a vibrant and colorful card to help them remember their letters, sounds, numbers, colors, shapes and even name and last name! I say a silent thank you to you every time I watch them use it!\r\nI am also incredibly grateful for the class set of headphones. The headphones are soft and comfortable, and clear to listen to. Now we can have the whole class working on their iReady lessons at the same time, without the distraction of having to hear 10 different computers going on at the same time. \r\nThank you again so much for your donation. With this form of technology, it allows for us to preserve their work and the manipulatives that we use in school. It has made it a lot easier for them to manipulate printouts used to teach vocabulary without them tearing. \r\nWhen we learn about new topics in science, the students are able to touch and paste the visual more than one time. The lamination is the key to preserving these lessons that can be used for years to come. \r\nThe mose exciting part for them is when we Laminate their pictures and they are able to use their pictures during lessons. For example, when we do a question of the week, the students are able to use the picture of themselves to vote for their opinion. Without them being laminated, pictures would simply tear after the first use.
