I have students who, in the past, struggled to connect with their peers, but through these activities, they've been able to form friendships more quickly. Working together on building challenges or simply sharing ideas has created natural opportunities for collaboration, encouragement, and teamwork. The sense of belonging that has grown from these shared experiences has been powerful.\r\n\r\nSTEM bins have also given every student the chance to thrive, no matter their academic level or background.
