I use them during individual check-ins to help students reflect on their academic progress, name their emotions, and set achievable goals. Having these tools has made my sessions more structured and impactful, while helping students feel supported and understood.\r\n\r\nI have also incorporated the workbook activities into my lunch bunch group, where students meet during lunch to build social-emotional skills and peer connections. Through your generosity, I am actively building a counseling resource toolkit that will continue to support students now and throughout my future career as a school counselor.
