Having 2 classes of fourth graders, it was incredibly helpful as we began transitioning between the two classrooms to be able to offer these supplies to them so they didn't have to transport them back and forth. I have larger than usual class this year and they often need to get up and move around. We like to use wiggle stools for small group work, but also for a rotation of flexible seating to use throughout the week. With the extra few students in my room, we did not have enough wiggle stools to make it an equitable opportunity for all students to get a turn. With this new wiggle stool, which happens to be much nicer than our other ones, everyone gets a turn at least once per week! Students also move them around when needed to work with peers.
