I am writing on behalf of my students to express our sincere gratitude for your incredibly generous donation of a Cricut machine, a laminating machine, a paper cutter, a shredder, and an organizing cabinet. These are vital resources that are already making a tangible difference in the lives of our at-risk high school students.\r\n\r\nYour support directly enhances our ability to instill practical skills and a critical sense of self-worth. The Cricut and laminating machines allow me to create more colorful and visually engaging activities that help my English learners to learn better and improve their focus on grammar, parts of speech, and overall proofreading abilities, effectively turning a hands-on project into a powerful literacy exercise. This process builds confidence and teaches valuable design and small-scale production skills.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing directly in their potential. Your generosity is helping us create a supportive, skill-based environment where every student has the tools they need to thrive and succeed.","fullyFundedDate":1746786904781,"projectUrl":"project/learning-practicing-new-vocabulary-to/9322427/","projectTitle":"Learning & Practicing New Vocabulary to Express Ideas Using Visual-Art","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Camacho","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp3690369_orig.jpg?crop=3648,3648,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1730613846619","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/3690369"},{"teacherId":3690369,"projectId":9148373,"letterContent":"It is such an honor and a privilege to thank you for your kindness and the positive impact that you are doing on classrooms like ours. My students are part of the most at risk group in our district and most of them have been labeled as trouble makers and failures. However, your generosity, which I explained to them, have them feel like they can do much better than what other people think of them.\r\nWhen they got their new handouts printed in color and their color coded activities, they were so impressed and ready to work. The comments that I hear were about how it was easier to identify the concepts and find their information too.\r\nThe color printer is a great addition to our classroom and it has made a big difference in the way my students learn. Now, some of them say \"everything looks brighter and better.\"\r\nOnce again thank you so much for your generosity and I want to assure you that you are making a difference in the life of children on a daily basis, as well as, in the life of this teacher by making my job easier and more colorful.","fullyFundedDate":1745411593954,"projectUrl":"project/learning-english-diversity-and-toleranc/9148373/","projectTitle":"Learning English, Diversity and Tolerance","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Camacho","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp3690369_orig.jpg?crop=3648,3648,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1730613846619","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/3690369"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_92659","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":135,"numTeachers":18,"percentFrplEligible":86,"percentAsian":1,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":8,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":86,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"11 - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"7.5:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_MIDSIZE"},"inStateSupporters":66.7,"schoolId":92659,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Richland Continuation School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Richland Continuation School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/california/orange-unified-school-district/richland-cont-senior-high-school/92659"}
