They were so excited to see how it worked and how to use it. \r\n\r\nOur other teachers and students are excited to be able to use it for our enrichment clubs and within the classroom on other projects as well. In donating the book Wonder by R.J. Palacio, you have put books into the hands of our entire 5th grade class! I was able to read the book aloud to the class as they followed along in their new books! \r\n Students were able to read the book the way it was intended, including typographical characteristics, specially formatted sections, and drawings/illustrations that highlight narrators views. As we read Wonder, we also made posters that were called \"Body Biographies\". Students formed groups and worked together to analyze an important character from the book. They analyzed all of the qualities of the character in-depth and created a poster about him/her.
