For example, students take turns bouncing on the trampoline while practicing self-regulation strategies, like taking deep breaths or counting their jumps to calm down. The balls have been incorporated into cooperative team-building games, helping students work together, communicate, and build trust. One memorable moment was when we had therapy group which is called emotion to motion and the students all had a ball even the ones who sometimes struggles because the kids that are better at sports were able to demonstrate it was a breakthrough in both confidence and connection.\r\n\r\nThanks to your generosity, these tools have opened new pathways for movement, fun, and learning.
