One of the most powerful moments was when a student, struggling with a panic attack, used the Liquid Motion Bubbler Timer to distract himself from his anxiety. It helped him calm down enough to return to class. The students have been making great use of calming techniques, and I'm seeing real progress in how they manage their emotions.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the materials, their reactions were overwhelmingly positive. They were especially excited about the weighted stuffed animals, which they now use during one-on-one meetings with me. The comfort these resources provide is invaluable for helping them feel safe and supported while discussing their mental health.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, my students are continually learning how to apply these mental health tools. As a Mental Health Counselor, my focus is on helping them discover what works best for them individually, so they can advocate for their own mental health needs. This is a crucial skill that many of them are just beginning to understand.
