Some of our students need help with language organization or need help with their working memory. The voice recorders help our students work on their writing skills. It's an important tool that helps our students become independent in their writing.\r\n\r\nKinetic sand and an adjustable table are the products that the students were the most excited about. Our kiddos got to play with the kinetic sand already and they loved it. They loved the colors and texture. They were trying to make different shapes and tried to make it into a ball. Some of our students work best standing or need extra space for their bodies. Our number of students per class has gone up and my tables have gotten a little crowded. With this, behavior has been more of a challenge and some students need some extra space to do their work. They have been loving these tables and cushions for that reason.\r\n\r\nI thought for sure my younger students were going to be the ones who loved them but as it turns out, all my students (TK-6th) want to use them. They thought at first it was a punishment to be moved but once they realized I turned the flexible seating into a positive, they ask to sit there every class. :)\r\n\r\nThank you again for helping to mix up the seating dynamic in my class.
