The simple routine of receiving a snack before testing helped set a positive tone each morning, creating comfort and reducing stress in what can often be an anxious time.\r\n\r\nYour contribution did more than provide food—it created an environment of care and equity. Students were able to concentrate longer, feel confident, and give their best effort without the distraction of hunger. Once testing was over, student were still showing up ready to test and were a little bummed test was over and told me they were looking forward to testing next year.
