We use technology in our classroom everyday to help us learn. This is why it is so important for my students to have high quality, comfortable headphones with working microphones so they can record their fluency reading passages and I can listen to each of them individually. I use this data to plan our upcoming lessons, small group instruction, and to give the students individualized feedback on their reading progress. I am also able individualize instruction and workshop tasks, as each student can hear the instructional videos and reteach lessons that address their own particular needs. I can use the iPad to assign and monitor these tasks, as well as to listen to my students' recorded readings and provide visual or spoken feedback. The iPad is also very helpful for interacting with our classroom technology, as well as making additional learning apps and activities available to my students. They especially enjoy playing the timed multiplication challenge!\r\n\r\nI am so grateful for your support of this project and the materials it brought to our classroom!","fullyFundedDate":1763580251045,"projectUrl":"project/technology-for-reading/9789887/","projectTitle":"Technology for Reading","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Moogan","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp1242501_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1522271637101","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/mrs-moogan"},{"teacherId":1242501,"projectId":9749355,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your donation towards our \"STEM Supplies for Engineering\" Project!
