The paper organizers have made perfect student cubbies to keep their work and books organized. Learning basic organizational skills is a huge part of kindergarten, and these organizers have given my students a small area of the classroom to call their own and a way to practice keeping their materials organized. The standing white board has been amazing for our small group instruction and center activities like sight word building magnets. Students also love using the new stem bin activity with the domino set. While having fun, students also practice important STEM skills like physics and engineering.","fullyFundedDate":1721683059180,"projectUrl":"project/first-year-kindergarten-classroom/8458405/","projectTitle":"First Year Kindergarten Classroom","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Souza","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9554858_orig.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1752738779516","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9554858"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_46009","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":537,"numTeachers":24,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":21,"percentBlack":13,"percentWhite":11,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":44,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"K - 6","studentTeacherRatio":"22.4:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":78.0,"schoolId":46009,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Oakwood Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Oakwood Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/california/lodi-unified-school-district/oakwood-elementary-school/46009"}
