The dice sets, math games, and reusable hundredths charts you funded have transformed our lessons from routine practice into energetic, hands-on challenges that my students genuinely look forward to.\r\n\r\nThe assorted dice and game materials have boosted fluency in multiplication, division, and decimal operations in ways that worksheets simply can't, and the reusable hundredths charts have been especially powerful. Visualizing fractions, decimals, and percentages has finally \"clicked\" for students who previously struggled with these concepts. \r\n\r\nPerhaps most meaningful of all is the collaboration these tools have inspired. During math centers, students gather in teams, discuss strategies, explain their thinking, and encourage one another. I've watched quieter students find their voice and natural leaders learn to listen. The manipulatives haven't just strengthened math skills—they've strengthened teamwork, communication, and classroom community.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in my students and helping make math feel exciting, accessible, and fun. Your kindness has created real, lasting impact in our classroom, and we are deeply grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1762265259544,"projectUrl":"project/lets-roll-into-math-fun/9596188/","projectTitle":"Let’s Roll Into Math Fun!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Clarkson","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp1014501_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1458600502840","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/kclarkson"},{"teacherId":6605601,"projectId":9431942,"letterContent":"Thanks to your generosity, our sensory play project has brought so much joy, calm, and engagement into our classroom. The new sensory bins, sand, and sand toys have quickly become one of the most loved parts of our learning environment.\r\n\r\nWe introduced the materials during our morning centers, and the students' reactions were priceless, wide eyes, excited gasps, and eager little hands ready to explore. Students immediately began scooping, pouring, and experimenting with textures, using new vocabulary to describe what they felt and saw. It was wonderful to watch them naturally collaborate, share tools, and engage in conversations sparked by their play.\r\n\r\nThese materials have also made a meaningful difference for our students who benefit from sensory input to regulate their emotions. Having access to calming textures helps them stay focused, grounded, and ready to participate.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we'll be using the sensory bins to support upcoming themes in our curriculum, such as sorting and classifying, storytelling with props, and early math concepts like volume and measurement. The bins will continue to evolve with new textures and challenges, giving students ongoing opportunities to explore, problem-solve, and grow.\r\n\r\nThank you for giving our students tools that make learning feel joyful, hands-on, and truly accessible.
