Students were engaged in various genres of books. They took on the role of \"Chef\" and began to analyze different books to see what was intriguing for them. \r\n\r\nWe are currently using the socks and crafting materials for sock puppets. These sock puppets are being used for my Hispanic Heritage Month project. Students are researching a Historical figure and their contributions to society. From here, they have created their puppet and will begin their speech this week.
