We've also used these items to support students during panic attacks or after conflicts, giving them a safe outlet to calm down. We even included calming strips, mini pop fidgets, and mental health stickers in our Halloween grams, which students loved.\r\n\r\nWe plan to continue using these resources every day and throughout our counseling activities. The sensory tools and stickers help students build emotional regulation, self-awareness, and positive thinking. The affirmation cards have been a hit, especially with some of our small groups.
