My students who are English Language Learners are loving the new materials that they are using! When I have put up the RACES rubric on my wall, students have found it visually helpful for them to reference every time they do quick write responses. \r\n\r\nI have been giving the students some fidget toys as a positive reinforcement during classroom instruction. It has been motivating students to be more engaged in lessons.
