When students would go to different stations/task cards, they would put their papers on the walls or use a random desk to show their work on their paper. Thanks to this project, my students now have clipboards to use as they move around the classroom and it has made them so much happier!\r\n\r\nThe stools from this project are my favorite item! I keep them at some tables at the side of my classroom and students will go there to work with partners or if they need a quieter space to work. The stools will move around the classroom so students can work in groups at their desks. They also will travel to my back table so that I can fit more students around it and provide the extra support and scaffolding to more students than I could before!\r\n\r\nThey are currently getting ready to do a research project on the different planets in our solar system. I can see them using these different items to help them focus and complete their work. Thank you again for taking the time and being so generous in your donation to my classroom! They oooo'd and ahhh'd over every item that was pulled from the box. \r\nThe alphabet rockets, locks, and magnets have become classroom favorites, but the sound phones and alphabet books have created a love and interest for reading that I didn't anticipate would catch on so quickly.
