These games will serve as a meaningful way to celebrate their hard work and growth throughout the year. I anticipate that this time will allow students to relax, bond with classmates, and create lasting memories as they prepare to move on to high school.\r\n\r\nIn the meantime, many of the materials are already making a daily impact in our classroom. The pencils are used every day, ensuring that all students are prepared and able to fully participate in their learning without barriers. The dry erase markers and whiteboards have become essential tools for instruction, allowing me to check for understanding quickly and keep students actively engaged during lessons.\r\n\r\nThe snacks and chocolates have been especially effective as student rewards. They are used to recognize effort, improvement, and achievement on assignments, projects, and tests. Students are motivated to stay focused and do their best work, knowing their efforts will be acknowledged. This positive reinforcement has helped build a more productive and encouraging classroom environment.\r\n\r\nThank you for helping create both daily support and special moments for my students. Your generosity is making a lasting difference in their classroom experience.","fullyFundedDate":1769178034756,"projectUrl":"project/help-students-rewards/9831044/","projectTitle":"Help! Your gift has greatly helped students with focus challenges, especially during phonics. The surprise delivery brought lasting excitement and made students feel valued. These tools improve engagement, confidence, and participation by allowing movement while learning. Your generosity has created a more inclusive, supportive classroom and will have a lasting impact on students' literacy and success.\r\n\r\nBecause of your kindness, my students now have access to flexible seating options that support their individual learning needs. These tools have given them appropriate and quiet ways to move while staying engaged, which has significantly improved their focus, participation, and overall comfort in the classroom. For students who once struggled to sit still or remain attentive, these supports have been transformative.\r\n\r\nPhonics instruction requires sustained attention, listening, and practice—skills that can be particularly difficult for students with learning differences. With the addition of wobble chairs, bouncy bands, and fidget footrests, my students are better able to regulate their energy and direct their attention toward learning. I have already seen increased confidence, improved on-task behavior, and greater willingness to participate in reading activities.","fullyFundedDate":1769178034491,"projectUrl":"project/wiggle-while-you-work-safely-/9869480/","projectTitle":"Wiggle While You Work Safely !","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. C","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-10_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9366219"},{"teacherId":10387945,"projectId":9965395,"letterContent":"The impact of this project has been deeply felt in my classroom, especially because of the unique challenges many of my students face every day. A third of my students are new to the country, still learning English while also trying to keep up academically. Over a half of my students come from low-income households where school supplies are a luxury rather than a guarantee. Some of my students are currently in foster care and arrive each day carrying responsibilities and emotional weight far beyond what any middle schooler should have to manage. Having access to basic yet essential tools— such as calculators, paper, markers, colored pencils—has created a sense of stability and opportunity for them. For students who often feel like they're standing out or falling behind, these materials allow them to engage fully and confidently alongside their peers. Even something as simple as colored pencils has sparked pride and creativity in some of my students. These supplies may appear small, but in our classroom they have become tools of empowerment—resources that help ensure every student, regardless of background or circumstance, feels capable of learning, contributing, and succeeding. \r\n\r\nWhat has been most inspiring to witness is how these resources have transformed not only academic participation but also classroom culture. Students who once hesitated to try, afraid of making mistakes or drawing attention to their struggles, are now eager to jump into activities because they feel equipped and supported. The calculators have made challenging problem-solving more accessible for students who are still building their English and math vocabulary, allowing them to engage with higher-level tasks without shutting down. Expo markers have turned the whiteboards into lively, interactive spaces where students work in teams, explain their thinking to one another, and show pride in sharing ideas publicly. Thanks to your generosity, my students walk into class each day knowing they have what they need to learn—and more importantly, that people beyond the school walls genuinely believe in their success. Your contribution has not only provided supplies; it has provided hope, confidence, and a sense of belonging that will stay with them far beyond this school year.","fullyFundedDate":1766243961851,"projectUrl":"project/helping-middle-schoolers-count-on-succes/9965395/","projectTitle":"Helping Middle Schoolers Count on Success","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Singh","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-3_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10387945"},{"teacherId":7208998,"projectId":9505051,"letterContent":"Most of my students are newcomers and are learning not only how to be an organized and successful student, but also how to do it in a new language!
