Your support, love of education, and desire to help students with hearing loss are truly making a difference. Because of your donation, my students are benefiting from engaging, meaningful materials that enrich their learning every day.\r\n\r\nWith the resources purchased through Teachers Pay Teachers, I was able to transform one classroom with colorful, interactive visuals that include sign language—helping one of my students, the only deaf student in her class, feel more included and supported. My older students are especially excited about the new self-advocacy lessons featuring updated images and hands-on activities that help them develop real-world communication and confidence skills. Other students are enjoying fun, technology-based learning tools like Boom Cards and Quizlet sets, which give them extra practice learning complex academic vocabulary in an engaging way.\r\n\r\nI am deeply grateful for people like you who choose to support students they may never meet. Your kindness and generosity inspire me and bring so much joy to my students and will continue to support students for years to come. It warms my heart to see my students' faces light up with excitement and pride as they learn.\r\n\r\nThank you again for believing in the power of education and for helping my students reach their full potential.\r\n\r\nWith heartfelt appreciation,\r\nJacqie\r\nTeacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing","fullyFundedDate":1753974112239,"projectUrl":"project/teaching-with-heart-and-hands-tools-for/9463088/","projectTitle":"Teaching with Heart and Hands: Tools for DHH Learners","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Mosqueira","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7387106_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1752876666083","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7387106"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_105802","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":null,"numTeachers":null,"percentFrplEligible":76,"percentAsian":10,"percentBlack":10,"percentWhite":17,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":48,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Not specified","studentTeacherRatio":null,"demographicsDataSource":"MDR District Weighted Average","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"UNCLASSIFIED","ncesMetroType":null},"inStateSupporters":100.0,"schoolId":105802,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Liberty Transition Program on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Liberty Transition Program","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/california/contra-costa-county-office-of-education/liberty-transition-program/105802"}
