One student proudly worked extra hard that day just to earn his very first incentive — it was such a joyful moment to see his pride.\r\n\r\nWe are already using these items daily. The sensory tools help students manage their emotions and stay focused, the rewards motivate them to reach their goals, and the snacks ensure they can concentrate on learning without hunger getting in the way. Even the Clorox wipes are encouraging responsibility, as students now help clean up at the end of each day.\r\n\r\nNext, we'll connect these rewards to academic projects, such as small reading groups, where students can track their progress and celebrate their successes.
