You have made our FFA rabbitry a reality by purchase of a hutch and exercise pen. As a result we have been able to successfully breed and raise lion head, New Zealand white, and American chinchilla rabbits! Our FFA chapter has even won awards for our rabbits at fair including best of breed and grand champion. WHS students love spending time with the rabbits. Very often rabbits are found cuddled up on their laps while they work on assignments and we loving joke they are our emotional support animals. \r\n\r\nThe bright posters liven up our room and provide valuable insight on how diverse the plant and animal kingdoms really are. The soil profile model is also extremely helpful since we live in an area where permafrost is a problem. And students really enjoy taking apart and putting the model cow back together. It is very helpful for our animal science certification test preparation which many of our students are now certified in thanks to your support!\r\n\r\nI hope you enjoy the photos and realize how much joy and success you have created with your generous donations that have helped my students reach their goals. I am eternally grateful to you.","fullyFundedDate":1740694249663,"projectUrl":"project/agriculture-science-ffa/9083708/","projectTitle":"Agriculture Science & FFA","teacherDisplayName":"Dr. Ironside","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-8_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9748575"},{"teacherId":9795241,"projectId":8981181,"letterContent":"My students and I appreciate your choice to donate to our classroom. The wireless headsets and microphones you provided give my students the opportunity to not be disturbed by the other class occurring in the room at the same time. While my geometry class is listening to me on one channel, the algebra class is listening to my paraprofessional teaching them on another channel. For the first time in my teaching career is it possible to successfully run two different classrooms in the same room, providing a positive and practical teaching environment. \r\n The positive message banners (tapestries) have influenced my students. Students on both sides of the classroom wanted to make sure they each had a banner on their side of the room. The students can sometimes be heard making the same statement or a similar one to what is printed on the banner.\r\n The conference table and office chairs have been an incentive for the students to behave in a professional manner, understanding they are in a more business-like environment.\r\n Overall, the improvements and enhancements have been a great blessing that has helped my students rise to higher expectations behaviorally and academically. We sincerely thank you.","fullyFundedDate":1739329371416,"projectUrl":"project/wireless-classroom-enhancements-for-teac/8981181/","projectTitle":"Wireless Classroom Enhancements for Teaching Two Different Math Classes Simultanously","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Sanzone","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9795241_orig.jpg?crop=277,277,x30,y42&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1735749548326","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9795241"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_57719","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":250,"numTeachers":14,"percentFrplEligible":47,"percentAsian":1,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":46,"percentIndigenous":4,"percentLatinx":44,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"9 - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"17.9:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_REMOTE"},"inStateSupporters":94.4,"schoolId":57719,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Williams High School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Williams High School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/arizona/williams-unified-school-district-2/williams-high-school/57719"}
