Thank you so much for your donation to our Dollars and Sense project allowing kids to create budgets and gain important financial literacy skills in meaningful ways. \r\nThe kids created personal budgets. Then met in partners and then groups to evaluate each others budgets and see how realistic they were. Having the play money was helpful because the kids would literally have to pay their bills and then we had them spin the wheel of life and some of them had unexpected expenses that came up and they would have to figure out how to adjust their budgets for that. Thank you so Synchrony for helping to fund and support the project.
