They have made it a part of their daily routine as they get ready to make music. As their teacher, it is very reassuring that they have the chance to protect their hearing in my class, and it was a pleasure to teach them the importance of hearing and musicians health. \r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the ear plugs in class, they got very excited to have the chance to try them out! They wanted to know if they get their own pair, if they get to keep them, and they were excited to see what everything sounded like with their earplugs on. I am glad they were so receptive of this new procedure!\r\n\r\nMoving forward, I will continue to work with the young musicians to foster a strong belief in protecting their hearing, and prioritizing musicians health as they continue to learn their craft. The tools and blankets I was able to purchase help to give students a sense of home in the classroom.
