When the box was delivered to our classroom, there was so much excitment! As we tore into the box, and students saw what was inside, they instantly wanted to know how we were going to use our new shelf. I am happy to say that it has been put to good use. Color coded baskets have been used and students have been put into groups. When they finish their regular assignments, they know which baskets they can get to further practice the skills we are learning in class. We set up our new shelf in the classroom and talked about how to use it. My students had many ideas. We brainstormed how to decide on which ideas were best. We made a list and then checked off ideas that would not have worked. Then we decided to organize the best ideas. Lastly, we had to see where a good place would in our classroom to store the items the kids wanted to organize in the shelf. We had to rearrange some furniture but eventually made it work. Our shelf now stores blocks, puzzles, and toys.","fullyFundedDate":1746786878965,"projectUrl":"project/a-well-organized-classroom-supports-lear/9303508/","projectTitle":"A Well Organized Classroom Supports Learning","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Kunk","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-7_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8382352"},{"teacherId":988967,"projectId":8980864,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous donations to our classroom.
