What once was a limited space instantly transformed into a place filled with opportunity. Students rushed from station to station, trying the Vertical Challenger Jump Tester, tossing the new dodgeballs, sprinting through agility ladders, and testing out the Plyo Box with huge smiles. For many of them, it was the first time they had ever used professional‑level athletic equipment.\r\nOne moment that stood out was watching a group of students who usually struggle with confidence line up to try their vertical jumps. After seeing their scores measured on real equipment, they began cheering each other on, celebrating improvements, and even setting personal goals. That single activity turned into a lesson in resilience, encouragement, and pride. Another group gravitated toward the new pickleball net and started teaching each other the rules—turning the gym into a cooperative, student-led learning space.\r\nThe new mats, conditioning tools, discs, ladders, cones, and game equipment have completely changed how we teach and learn. I can now offer safe, engaging activities that focus on teamwork, strategy, and lifelong fitness habits. Injury risks are significantly reduced, participation has increased, and every child—beginners and athletes alike—now has the chance to feel successful.\r\nLiving in a historic town with a proud identity, my students bring huge spirit and determination to every class. They deserve opportunities that match their potential, and these resources finally allow PE to be inclusive, exciting, and meaningful. Thanks to your generosity, we can introduce athletic tests like vertical jump, broad jump, and speed training in a safe, structured way—giving students new ways to track their growth and believe in their abilities.\r\nWe're now moving into lessons focused on building strength, refining movement skills, and preparing for a school‑wide fitness challenge. The new speaker system will allow us to bring music and energy into every class, as well as support school‑wide events that bring our community together.\r\nYour support is helping us grow future leaders, stronger athletes, and confident learners. You helped create a PE program that every child can feel proud of—a program that builds teamwork, respect, and healthy habits that will last a lifetime.\r\nThank you for investing in the health, joy, and future of our Tombstone students. Because of you, we can truly say we are building legends.\r\n— Coach Dallas\r\nWalter J.
