The students love spending time in the Calm Down corner, especially with the addition of the sea lamp lights/sounds projector and the cloud light filter/covers. These help to get students thinking about something other than what is bothering them at the time. The cloud light filter covers are spread throughout the room helping to make the lights not so glaring and more calming for the entire room.\r\n\r\nThey also love the fidget toys. We have some in our calm down corner as well as some have been used as prizes for students who have been doing a great job at different tasks. For some this was an academic reward for others a behavior reward. They love all the many different items provided by this project.
