Kagan structures have empowered our teachers with innovative ways to enhance and expand student vocabulary, incorporate team-building activities, and increase classroom engagement.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, The ELL Toolbox book has been instrumental in supporting our reading interventionist, equipping her with targeted strategies for pull-out groups and guiding professional development for our teachers as they work with ELLs during focused instructional times.\r\n\r\nThe Guided Reading materials have strengthened our teachers' ability to identify reading groups and implement effective comprehension and decoding strategies. These resources directly support novel studies across grade levels, ensuring all students—from pre-emergent to fluent readers—receive instruction aligned with the science of reading.\r\n\r\nYour kindness and generosity make a lasting difference in the education of our students and the professional growth of our teachers.
