Free seating allows students to spread out. Flexible seating allows students to choose where students want to be. Free seating allows students to read when students have finished work. Instead of just being at a desk during the day, they can choose to be in a spot that's comfortable and works for them. Learners have more choices to learn in a place that they prefer whether it is a quiet corner, a comfortable cushion or in an area away from distractions. It also creates a welcoming independent environment for learners.\r\n\r\nLetting students choose where to read can also lead to better attitudes and more time spent reading as students will feel more respected and comfortable with their reading environment.
