Julienne, cube, batonnet, dice, chiffonade - they can do it all and they are proud of it. \r\n\r\nPracticing cooking methods become something the whole campus was envious of as they smelled the awesome scents coming from the classroom. Some of my students favorite dishes had to deal with cheese - macaroni & cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches.
