Because of your kindness, we were able to refresh our learning space with new bulletin board paper, birthday favors, and inspiring posters that make our room feel bright, welcoming, and full of life. These additions have truly helped create a positive environment where students feel valued and excited to learn each day.\r\n\r\nThe part my students love most are the birthday favors and the colorful new bulletin boards that highlight their achievements. It may seem small, but having their work displayed or being celebrated on their birthday helps students feel seen and appreciated—something that's especially meaningful in our close-knit school community.\r\n\r\nOne student who is usually shy has especially warmed to the new environment. They've started taking more pride in their work and even volunteered to help design one of our classroom boards! It's wonderful to see how something as simple as fresh, engaging classroom materials can boost confidence and motivation.","fullyFundedDate":1755756670431,"projectUrl":"project/classroom-decorations-and-more/9276895/","projectTitle":"Classroom Decorations and More","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Hejtmanek","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-5_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/dianahejtmanek"},{"teacherId":5623869,"projectId":9276745,"letterContent":"I want to sincerely thank you for your generosity in helping fund our new biology curriculum. Your support has brought incredible new learning opportunities into our classroom, and my students and I are truly grateful.\r\n\r\nThe new digital biology curriculum has transformed how my students learn. Instead of just reading from a textbook, they can now engage with interactive simulations, videos, and virtual labs that bring science concepts to life. This technology allows them to visualize complex processes—like cell division or photosynthesis—in ways that make learning both accessible and exciting. It also helps me meet the needs of different learners, as students can move through lessons at their own pace and review material when needed.\r\n\r\nWhat excites my students most are the interactive lab activities and real-world problem-solving scenarios. They love being able to explore, make predictions, and see immediate results on the screen. It has turned abstract science ideas into something hands-on and meaningful. Many of my students have started asking deeper questions and showing more curiosity about biology than ever before.\r\n\r\nOne student in particular, who was usually quiet during class discussions, has really connected with the new program. The interactive visuals and guided feedback have given them the confidence to participate more and even help classmates understand new concepts. Seeing that growth and engagement reminds me daily how powerful these tools can be.\r\n\r\nThank you again for your kindness and belief in my students. Our first round was more of an experiment to see which plants would grow the best! We found lettuce to be a wonderful hearty plant for hydroponics. We had a radish grow and see huge zucchini leaves, but we will see if that comes to fruition. So our next round we will focus on what is most likely to be used in our school plants such as tomatoes, lettuce, and strawberries. This has been fun and rewarding and science all in one. \r\n\r\nThank you for all the support. \r\n\r\nMelody Schilke","fullyFundedDate":1735067677171,"projectUrl":"project/home-grown-and-fresh/9004113/","projectTitle":"Home Grown and Fresh","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Schilke","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9442882_orig.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1725305977400","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9442882"},{"teacherId":5623869,"projectId":8845284,"letterContent":"I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for your support of our weightlifting DonorsChoose project.
